The Suitcase Junket Cambridge Concert reviews
Boys 1st Concert
Chester French was missed during the opening act.
Panic at the Disco gave a good live performance, engaging the crowd with their two biggest songs saved for the end. They played for around 35 minutes.
Fall Out Boy followed, with an attempt to make their songs sound different from the radio versions. "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race" was disappointing, but they redeemed themselves with "I Don't Care" at the end. Their set lasted around 50 minutes.
The Suitcase Junket took the stage after a long intermission. Tom's behavior was questionable, as he seemed either intoxicated or a skilled actor. The banter between Tom and Mark provided some comedic relief, with Travis often seen laughing off-camera. Despite not being a big fan, the songs performed were impressive, and the crowd enjoyed the performance. They played for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
The atmosphere, music, and improvisation at this concert were a new experience for my older boys, making it enjoyable to witness their reactions.
